WARDROBE DETAILS
We typically recommend solid, earth tone colors, such as white, black, gray, brown, beige, or deep, natural colors for these shoots. If you have a group, it can look nice to wear a combination of a few neutral colors (such as black and white, brown and beige, or white and beige) or varying neutral, autumnal, or oceanic shades. Please let us know if you would like a fashion consultation—it is included with your package to ensure your overall image is cohesive and aesthetic!
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
We understand things come up. If you can no longer attend your private photoshoot, don’t worry! With proper notice, your payment will be credited towards another date with a $30 reschedule fee.
• If you cancel within 1 week of the private photoshoot, there will be an increased reschedule fee of $50.
• If you wait to cancel within 48 hours of the private photoshoot, there will be an increased reschedule fee of $75.
• Private photoshoots are creditable under these circumstances, but are otherwise non-refundable.
Our artists’ time is very valuable! We feel that by reserving a private date with us, you are making a commitment and a promise to our artists. We completely block off this date so it cannot be booked by anyone else, and we can devote our full attention to you. We thank you for your understanding on our policies!
