Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

 

We understand things come up. If you can no longer attend an event, don’t worry! With proper notice, your payment will be credited towards another event with a reschedule fee.

 

  1. If you cancel more than 1 month prior to the event, there is a $30 reschedule fee
  2. If you cancel within 1 month of the event, there will be a reschedule fee of $50.
  3. If you cancel within 1 week before the event, there will be an increased reschedule fee of $75.
  4. If you wait to cancel within 48 hours of the event, your event is non-creditable.
  5. Events are creditable under these circumstances, but are otherwise non-refundable.
Same-Day Time Slot Change Policy;
We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we’re happy to accommodate a same-day time slot change for your session. However, due to the administrative effort involved, there will be a $10 fee for any time slot changes on the same day as your scheduled session. To request a time change, please inquire via email, and we will provide you with a payment link for the fee.
Booking Protection add-on

For an additional fee of $75, you can purchase the Booking Protection Add-On to ensure a full refund of the package price up to one week before the photoshoot.

However, please note that the $75 Booking Protection Add-On fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

With the Booking Protection Add-On, you may reschedule your photoshoot as needed, provided you do so at least one week before the scheduled date.

If you attempt to cancel the photoshoot within one week of the scheduled date, your booking will not be eligible for a refund. However, your session will be creditable to another photoshoot.

To cancel your photoshoot and request a refund or reschedule, please submit a written request to us at wildartistryphotographyco@gmail.com at least one week before the photoshoot date.

 

WEATHER:

If weather presents an issue, we will reschedule the event to another available day. If you cannot make this day, we will work together to reschedule you to another event.

 

PHOTOGRAPHER DISCLAIMER:

We have several amazing photographers on the Wild Artistry team who work at a number of our events! All photographers are trained under Hannah, the owner and lead photographer.

If you want to know which photographer you will be working with at this event, please contact us in advance. Similarly, if you want to work with a specific photographer, contact us to find out which events he/she is currently contracted for.

By scheduling a shoot, you are automatically agreeing to this policy.
